Owner, Troy Mayer and partner John Armstrong began CuttingEdge Development Incorporated in April of 2005. It is a subsidiary of Northern Lights Development, Inc. CuttingEdge Development Incorporated can offer excavation, tree removal, and stump and rock removal. Fill can also be provided and distributed. They can also construct retaining walls and dig water and sewer lines.
CuttingEdge Development, Inc. also carries City Snow plow contracts and held a Federal Snow Plow contract for the 2004 – 2005 snow season.
